Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Please note that estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

BinderLab is not liable for products lost or damaged during transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately to file a claim.
